1. In 2000, we investigated purchasing a Florida
vacation/rental home. We met with James Aguliar three
separate times, asking numerous questions. Mr. Aguilar

2. "I found James' details from the
internet and within a matter of hours of emailing him with
my request he had responded to me - what service! Normally
you wait for a few days before anyone gets back to you!
James was extremely helpful and immediately put me at ease.
I am British and live in Holland as was making preliminary
enquiries about purchasing a buy to let property near to
Disney. James suggested we come to his office the following
week when we arrived in Florida. We arrived at his office
and he had already found a selection of properties that
matched our criteria, we initially chose three to have a
look at, and James' lovely wife took us to view them. We
immediately fell in love with a property at Windsor Palms,
James had taken our criteria and chosen the perfect house
for us! We took that evening to think things through, and
the next morning arrived (without an appointment!) at James

3. Our first experience as Florida
Property Investors was an excellent one.
From the time we first made contact with James nothing was
to too much trouble to make our inspection visit a smooth
one.
The deals were done and the customer care and support with
everything from contracts, to the furniture package

4. We saw James near the end of our
property shopping trip back in October 2003. We had already
been shown some properties by two other realtors. The first
one was a bit patronising to women in my opinion and kept
showing us properties that he obviously wanted to get rid of
rather than we wanted. The second was very nice but just did
not show us what we really wanted. When we gave James a
brief of what we wanted he went straight to work to show us
only places he knew we were interested in. He was very
professional and easy to talk to. He did not waste our
valuable time showing us a project he wanted to sell but he
knew we did not want.
James' follow up service was excellent and he sent us
pictures of our villa during the building phase. He always
replied promptly to emails and eventually did a walk through
when the villa was built with the builders because we could
not get out there to do this ourselves. We would recommend

8. We flew out from the UK
specifically to purchase a new home near Disney. James was
helpful in providing us with information via the web before
we arrived. When we met James, we were impressed with the
way he drove us to visit several sites and helped us narrow
down our search to one gated area (including stopping and
giving us lunch and refreshments on the way!).
He was very patient with us as we rejected house after house
- often for the most trivial of reasons - until we made our
final choice. James helped us negotiate with the builder,

from our end and although there was a slight delay at the
end this was no problem to us. Communication, either by
